Simply Certified study guides are printed and fulfilled on demand through our printing partner, Lulu Direct.

Processing times

Orders are usually sent to production on the next working day after they are placed. As every book is printed specifically for your order, processing times may occasionally vary during weekends, public holidays or periods of high demand.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping service available in your region. Most orders arrive within approximately 7–12 working days after dispatch.

These delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays and other circumstances outside the control of Simply Certified or Lulu Direct may affect delivery.

Tracking your order

Where tracking is available, the relevant details will be provided after your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking information to become active.

Delayed deliveries

We work closely with our fulfilment partner to help ensure orders are produced and dispatched promptly. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after its estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Incorrect shipping information

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we may be unable to change its delivery address.
